This policy applies to all purchases made online at justintong.com.au

Our refund and returns policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To complete your return, we might require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Click here to submit an online return. A return request must be submitted to receive your refund within normal processing times.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

• The item/s were purchased from JUSTIN TONG’s official site.
• The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
• All tags are still attached.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to JUSTIN TONG HQ without approval will be returned at the customers’ expense.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund or store credit.

SALE ITEMS

For all products marked with SALE/FINAL SALE, there is a strict no returns or refund, unless your item is deemed faulty.

PROMOTIONAL CODES AND FLASH SALE

Items that have been purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code or discount applied at checkout (E.g. Black Friday & Cyber Monday, Flash Sale or EOSS) are only eligible for a credit. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
